This one actually started as a joke. I had the idea of playing off the famous Full Metal Jacket rifle creed, except instead of soldiers holding rifles, you have welders, electricians, mechanics and other tradespeople standing with the tools of their trade. “This is my trade. There are others like it. But this one is mine.” Once I had that visual, the rest of the campaign started unfolding naturally. The joke led me to something more serious: when you learn a trade, the skill becomes yours. Jobs change. Companies change. Technology changes. But nobody can take away something you actually know how to do. That became THIS TRADE IS MINE.
