I love Bethesda games, and I’m absolutely one of those people who puts way too many hours into them and then goes online and watches lore videos about everything I probably missed. That’s what made me realize something I don’t think Bethesda talks about enough. Their games are incredibly easy to get lost in. Not just because the worlds are huge, but because they make you want to know what’s around the next corner. You leave the main road. You open the door you didn’t need to open. You read about some character who died 200 years ago. Suddenly two hours have passed and you have completely forgotten what you were originally supposed to be doing. Eventually those worlds start feeling strangely familiar. I wanted HOME IS CALLING to capture that feeling while still inviting someone who has never played a Bethesda game before. For longtime players, it’s an invitation to come back. For everyone else, it’s an invitation to get lost for the first time. HOME IS CALLING.
